Before he even finished high school, David worked at Cincinnati's Lunken airport learning to fly and developing a lifelong love of aviation. After being furloughed while working for Eastern Airlines in Boston, the Marriott Hotel Long Wharf offered him a management training program in guest services. He pursued this course while still flying for Eastern until they went out of business, then returning to Cincinnati where he took over the operations as the guest service manager for the Omni Netherlands Plaza Hotel. While overseeing operations at the hotel, the management of the five diamond "Orchids" restaurant was added to his duties. Also during his tenure at the Omni, he pursued a degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati. After graduation, David became a Sheriff deputy for Hamilton County Ohio. During his career he served as a community relations officer, aviation unit member, honor guard, and as a court officer for the Supreme Court of Ohio, 1st District Court of Appeals. After retirement, an opportunity was presented to work for Gryphon Group in Ft. Bragg NC. teaching triage and tactical defensive defensive driving to U.S. military personnel. During this period of time, David was approached by several Cincinnati businessmen to develop a limousine service catering to top level executives and clients. From these conversations, Executive Protection Transport became a reality!

John Tibbs brings his 29 years of experience in law enforcement and traffic safety to the table along with leadership and commitment to the well-being of our guests. As a trooper he was often tapped as a lead investigator and was voted by his peers as trooper of the year in 1994 and 1998. After promotion to sergeant, he supervised up to ten troopers and also commanded and investigated critical incidents. He also served as a firearms instructor and range officer. John served in this position for ten years before being promoted to Lieutenant and Post Commander, a position he held until his retirement. He has worked for contractors that are utilized by the FBI for building security in Cincinnati and currently holds a FBI secret clearance, which, with his strong traffic safety and law enforcement training, makes him an ideal addition to Executive Protection Transport’s cadre of highly trained, professional and discrete drivers.

David Trilety is a retired Police Officer with 24 years of Law Enforcement and Security Experience. He started his career with the Xavier University Police in Cincinnati Ohio. Moving to the Milford Police Department in 1982 David left law enforcement and started a business in 1996. In 2000 he returned to Law Enforcement and becoming a Deputy with the Brown County Ohio Sheriff’s Office. After relocating to South Carolina he became a Patrol Lieutenant with Excalibur Security covering 38 miles of beach front in the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand and then going to work for the City of Surfside Beach Police Department where he retired in 2012. During David’s tenure in Law Enforcement he was awarded Traffic Enforcement Officer of the Year in Clermont County, and two years standing in South Carolina for DUI Enforcement. David is currently a Police Academy Instructor and Coordinator with the Great Oaks Police Academy. He lives in Milford Ohio with his wife Tammy.

While attending a prominent aviation university in Florida, Mark worked for a security firm providing services for prestigious hotels and NASCAR events. During this time Mark found his passion for technology , leading him to acquire multiple certifications in the I.T. field while working on a minor in psychology. His career in I.T. has taken him to many major cities in the U.S. working with clients ranging from start ups to Fortune 500 companies. He currently works full time for a globally renown company, and assists Executive Protection Transport with his technical knowledge, exceptional personal service, attention to detail, and multilingual skills.
Brian Grimes

Brian began his working career as a firefighter in Hillsborough County Florida and followed on with a career in transportation and trucking spanning 42 years. During that time he earned numerous awards and commendations for excellence. Brian is a million-mile safe driver, has taught the National Safety Council’s Defensive Driving Course, the Smith System defensive driving program, and has worked as a commercial vehicle driver instructor. He holds a class A CDL and a current TWIC. In 2018 Brian accomplished one of his lifetime goals with a degree (Cum Laude) in Network Security from ECPI University. Besides familiarity with safe vehicle operation, he excels in how to interact with people with style and manners. Brian also has advanced first aid training as a first responder, and is experienced with airport operations and protocol to make your bottom of the stairs experience a fluid and enjoyable experience.
